Join us at our table for a delicious farm fresh meal and support your local community!
This summer I will be hosting a farm dinner series at my home. This idea came about after spending the winter months enraged and anxious about the proposed cuts to the funding of critical programs that are key to the quality of life for so many in our communities. I've long wanted to find a way to have the farm be more engaged in the community beyond the interactions of merely selling a product. Farm dinners are an opportunity for people to come together and listen to one another, and enjoy beautifully prepared food grown here on the farm.
All proceeds from tickets will go towards an organization doing great work here in the North Shore.
"The Other Cape" wrote an article about our dinners! Read it here.
The Dates and Details:
Come enjoy a simple, farm fresh meal at our home. The dinners will begin at 5:30p.m. with an hour to meet, greet and enjoy the early evening. Then we will settle on the porch for a seasonal meal of Plough in the Stars vegetables and other local food. Seats are limited. Rain or Shine.
September 17th, Chef: Amelia Monday, Organization: Ipswich Refugee Program, $100, Tickets on sale August 17th!
* If you would rather pay by check, please email me. As there is limited seating, I would prefer payment before the dinner to ensure we can raise the most money for our organizations. Thank You!
